What I love:1. LOVE the current-time/main digits in each mode and on the home screen. Big BOLD digits and satisfying to read.2. This isn't mention a lot (or maybe not even at all) but having the ability to adjust countdown timer minutes backwards as oppose to just forwards is a HUGE benefit. I use the countdown timer the most out of my Casio watches. Being able to quickly adjust time up AND down is great.3. The orange backlight is bright and contrasts really well with the bold main digits. AND the ability to change backlight duration to 3 seconds. NICE.What I dislike:1. Contrary to the BOLD main digits in each mode, the day and date digits are annoyingly small and personally hard to read.2. I personally think the world map is useless as you can barely see what zone you are in.3. The top left "analog" display is also useless IMO. I understand this is a classic design and I may offend people here, but I think they could have ditched that top left display and utilized it for day and time on the home screen then switch to numerical digit current time when in different modes.4. Not the best for working out in terms of how it feels on the wrist and even functionality. Another personal preference, but something smaller like the W800H is more comfortable and functional with the World Time mode being out of the way when switching quickly between modes.Overall, may not be the best watch for working out. Consider other models. Better suited for aesthetics on a casual night out and someone who travels frequently between time-zones. Even then, when used for what it is intended, I still give it overall 4stars for the day and date not being easy to read which I think would be extremely useful for frequent travelers.
the Good:I never considered Casio watches as an adult, but they make some decent digital/analog, multi-alarm watches. The Twin Graph/LF20W is cheap and practical, but not as versatile in terms of style. Wave Ceptors are classy, but the World Time/Royale is easily the best value and fit.the Ugly:Resin cases and glass scratch too easily, but metal case mods deaden the alarm/chime.
Very durable, adjustable and very comfortable for everyday day use
Old reliable, everyday wear for work, after figuring out how to navigate the settings all around good watch fits well after adjusting
A great quality watch for an affordable price.
