Return & Refund Policy – Domino Watches
We offer a 15-day return policy, in accordance with the Oman Consumer Protection Law (Royal Decree No. 66/2014). This means you have 15 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return, subject to the terms below.
To Be Eligible for a Return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

⚠️ Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Policy

If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect item, damaged product):

We will cover 100% of the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to customer’s choice (e.g., change of mind, wrong model or size selected):

The customer is responsible for the entire return shipping cost, whether it is a return or exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at dominooman@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Used or worn watches

Items without original packaging or missing tags
Exchanges
If you need a different item:

Request a return for the original item, and

Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the replacement item(s). We will adjust the refunded amount against the new purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

A refund will be issued via bank transfer within 7 business days.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at dominooman@gmail.com.
